Responsible use of our tools

Last updated: June 1, 2026

EliteWorks is designed to be a powerful assistive tool for research, drafting, editing, verification, and style refinement. We believe technology should help researchers and professionals communicate their own ideas more clearly and effectively, not facilitate fraud or misrepresentation.

1. Purpose of Our Tools

Our platform is engineered as a "Co-Pilot" and diagnostic tool to help users:

  • Self-Correction: Check documents for missing citations, weak paraphrasing, and unintentional similarity before you finalise or share them.
  • Addressing False Positives: Automated checks are imperfect and can sometimes raise concerns about original writing — including that of non-native English speakers and authors of highly formulaic technical prose. EliteWorks helps users improve the clarity, flow, and readability of their own work so their original ideas are expressed more effectively, and to review and improve their own writing where they have concerns. It is not designed to disguise authorship, defeat any detection system, or misrepresent who wrote a document.
  • Style Refinement: Improve the syntax, flow, and professional tone of original ideas, similar to how one might use advanced grammar editors or human tutors.

2. User Responsibility

Users hold the ultimate and sole responsibility for ensuring that their use of EliteWorks complies with the policies, codes of conduct, and rules of their employer, client, publisher, or institution.

Where your employer, client, or institution requires you to declare the use of AI drafting or editing tools, it is your responsibility to do so.

3. Independence

EliteWorks operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any institution or detection provider. The reports provided by our platform are for the user's personal diagnostic use. We adhere to a strict privacy policy to protect our users' confidentiality.
