EliteWorks is operated by EliteWorks (FZC), a Free Zone Company licensed by the SRTI Free Zone Authority with its registered address at Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates ("EliteWorks", "we", "us"). You can contact us at contact@eliteworks.io.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using EliteWorks, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Services & Digital Credits
EliteWorks is a SaaS platform providing originality self-check reports, AI-likelihood self-assessment, editing and paraphrasing assistance, and a research/writing assistant (Elite Assistant). We do not write academic assignments to order, sell completed essays, or provide ghostwriting or contract-cheating services. Elite Assistant outputs (such as drafts, business plans, and market analyses) are first drafts for you to verify and build on, not professional, legal, or financial advice. Our services operate on a pay-per-use and subscription model using digital credits ("Checks" and "EliteWords").
- Credits purchased on EliteWorks have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
- Credits are tied exclusively to your account and are strictly non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit packages, and subscription tiers at any time. Changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.
Billing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property & User Content
You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in the documents you upload to EliteWorks. We claim no ownership over your original content or the modified content generated by our tools.
By uploading a file, you grant EliteWorks a temporary, limited license to process, analyze, and modify the text strictly to deliver the requested service. We do not use your documents to train our proprietary AI models.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or algorithms of our models.
- Defrauding, exploiting, or manipulating our billing and credit systems.
- Using our API outside of the provided web interface without explicit written consent.
- Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Uploading content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful.
- Using the platform to commit academic fraud, contract cheating, or any dishonest conduct — including submitting AI-generated or third-party text as your own where prohibited, falsifying authorship, or circumventing an institution's or examiner's integrity controls. EliteWorks is for self-review, editing, and research assistance only; you must follow the rules of your institution or employer.
5. Academic Responsibility
EliteWorks is an assistive and diagnostic tool. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the honor codes, policies, and rules of your institution or employer. Please review our Academic Integrity policy for details.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
EliteWorks utilizes advanced algorithms and lawfully licensed third-party similarity APIs that compare your text against a broad index of web and academic sources to provide detailed reports. However, detection technology is rapidly evolving and fundamentally probabilistic.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE that our tools are infallible or that results will match any specific third-party system. EliteWorks is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. EliteWorks is not responsible for any academic, professional, or legal consequences (such as failing a class, academic probation, or employment termination) resulting from the use of our platform. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EliteWorks and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or inability to access the services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app. Your continued use of EliteWorks after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the applicable laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us amicably by contacting us at contact@eliteworks.io. If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre ("Tahkeem") in accordance with its Rules of Arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Sharjah, UAE, the tribunal shall consist of a single arbitrator, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this section prevents us from seeking injunctive or equitable relief before the competent courts to protect our intellectual property or systems.
